Tidbits on Building Confidence

 Your value can never be decreased based on someone else’s inability to see it.

Start your day in gratitude while also giving thanks for your very existence, understand and know you are a miracle and you’re here on this earth for a reason. When we start our day in gratitude life has a way of giving, providing more of and showing us more to be grateful for throughout the day. It’s sort of like a domino effect; how we start our day is usually the precursor to the rest of our day. Appreciation and gratitude leads to unsurpassed happiness, which in turn boosts your confidence, go ahead and try it!

Be aware of the thoughts that circulate, as this is a big contribution to the ill will feelings we harbor. Due to our constant need to evaluate characteristics, accomplishments and what we view as failures for ourselves as well as others. Reflect on things you like about yourself as well as things you do well. Make mental notes (visualize) and set goals to work on anything you have the ability to change. Focus on your goodness. Throw out all the nonsense that stems from negative opinions, even your own.

Never compare yourself or life situations to or with anyone else, you’re not them and they’re not you and there’s a big reason for that too! Just think there is nobody on this planet with the same DNA makeup as you, nobody who can smile exactly as you do. There’s nobody and I mean nobody that has the voice you do, or even touches the way that you do! There is confidence in itself knowing there isn’t anyone on this entire universe that can be YOU! Spend time each day learning and growing into the beautiful being in you, that is you while learning who you truly were made to be.

Know without a shadow of a doubt that there isn’t anything that needs to be added or taken away from you because you were made exactly how you were supposed to be, You. We are born whole, lacking nothing and given everything we need to function in this life, accordingly. All else are mere things we acquire based on perceived desired needs.

Be kind to, accept and appreciate the soul, body, mind and emotions you’ve been given. Never focus on what you think you don’t have enough of, and I mean on any level.  Understand that your uniqueness is what makes you, why try to be somebody you’re not so others can accept you; fact is you don’t have to. Accept and love wholeheartedly your individuality. You came to this world exactly how you were meant to be and the #1 rule is accepting that fact entirely. Love who you are, accept and appreciate the journey because you darling, are a One of   a Kind, Confident Masterpiece!
